If you are using our online store for the first time

・To make a purchase, you must apply for membership registration.
*Even if you are already registered as a vendor at our store, you will still need to register at the online shop.

・The price displayed before logging in is the regular price. Wholesale price will be displayed after logging in.

-We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so inquiries and shipping will not be accepted on these days.

Please be sure to check the usage guide and agree to it before using the service.

For business customers <br/>After you apply for membership, we will send you an approval notice.
Once you receive the notification, you can purchase at wholesale prices.

For general customers <br/>Once you register through the membership registration form, you will receive an automatic email notifying you that your registration is complete.
Once you have completed your registration, you can shop at the displayed prices.

About the lot

This varies depending on the product. Please refer to each product page for details.


The "approximate dimensions" listed on the product details page are only approximate sizes.

The color of the actual product may differ depending on your viewing environment (such as the nature of the monitor display).
In addition, due to the materials used for each production (such as alloys), the color and dimensions of the material may vary slightly depending on the production lot.

Our jewelry parts are sold with the assumption that they will be used as jewelry.
Please handle with care to prevent small children from licking, putting in their mouths, or swallowing this product.

In addition to the displayed price, a separate 10% consumption tax will be charged. (Consumption tax will be calculated from the total amount.)
We only accept the following three payment methods, so please specify your choice when placing your order.
*Items purchased from the online shop cannot be paid for or picked up at physical stores.

Bank transfer (prepayment)
Once you place your order, you will receive a transfer instruction from KOMOJU, so please complete the payment procedure.
We do not accept payment or collection of online purchases in physical stores.
*The payment deadline is 7 business days from the date of order confirmation (the email with transfer instructions is sent).

Credit card payments
Accepted credit cards: VISA, Master Card
Number of payments: Please use your own credit card for one lump sum payment only.
*When entering and sending your credit card number, it is encrypted (SSL) so you can use it safely.
*Cards issued overseas cannot be used.

About debit cards <br/>If you use a debit card, due to the nature of the card, the amount will be debited immediately once the card's validity is confirmed when you place your order.
*For details, please contact your debit card issuer.
*When using a debit card, please make sure you have the correct amount in your account before placing your order.

*If you would like to pay by cash on delivery, please contact us here .

Normally, products are delivered by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

For products that can be shipped on the same day, if you place your order by 13:00 on a business day, we can ship the product on the same day. However, if you are paying by bank transfer, you will also need to complete the transfer. (We receive a lot of orders on weekends, holidays, and after the New Year holidays, so same-day shipping may be difficult.)

For other products, we will order them from our local warehouse, so they will be shipped 2-3 business days after you place your order.

If you order both items that can be shipped on the same day and other items at the same time, we will ship your order once all items are ready.

If the product is out of stock, it may take longer than the estimated delivery date above. If you are in a hurry, please contact us with the specific product name and quantity.

*We do not accept payment or collection of online shop orders at physical stores.
*The only delivery method available is shipping.
*Unless otherwise specified, the delivery note will be sent together with the product to the delivery address.
The tracking number for the package will be included in the shipping notification email.
For information regarding the delivery status of your package after it has been shipped, please contact Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. via their package inquiry form.

In addition to the product price, shipping fees will be charged separately (see below).
*If the total amount of your order (total of product prices excluding shipping and consumption tax) is 30,000 yen or more, we will cover the shipping costs.
However, even if your order total is over 30,000 yen (excluding tax), if you request partial shipments or shipments to more than two locations due to your convenience, we will only cover the shipping and handling fees for one shipment (to one location).
*The shipping fees listed below include consumption tax.
*Delivery is only available within Japan. (We do not ship overseas.)

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is clearly defective.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on special-order or made-to-order products.
If you find any defects, please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
A member of staff will contact you shortly.

Regarding the refund method, please send the returned item back to us. Once we have confirmed the defect, we will transfer the amount of the return to your designated bank account.

*Due to the characteristics of metal, oxidation and sulfidation cannot be avoided in silver products.
Most of the products sold on this website are unplated and plain.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to color reasons.
Furthermore, since we usually prepare the product immediately after receiving your order, we generally cannot accept cancellations of your order after it has been confirmed due to your own reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
