If you are a corporate customer, you will be able to purchase after our review and approval (approximately 1 to 3 business days).
If you are an individual customer, you can purchase immediately after completing your membership registration.

Credit card: Payment is due at the time the purchase is completed.

Cash on delivery: Please pay to the delivery company when the product is delivered.

Bank transfer: After completing the purchase procedure, you will receive an email from KOMOJU with payment instructions. Please follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Generally, you can purchase from one item, but some products have minimum order quantities, so please check the product page.

The delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Please check the delivery address carefully before placing your order.

For in-stock items, if payment is made by credit card or cash on delivery, we can ship your order within 1-3 business days.
If you pay by bank transfer and the product is in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days after confirming the payment.

Delivery will be by Yamato Transport. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company.

In case of mistake in content or quantity:

In case of defective item:

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

We are sorry, but we do not ship samples. Please purchase the product from the product page.

We also accept orders for original parts on an OEM basis. Please let us know the details of the original parts through the OEM inquiry form on the website.
