Corporate Customers

2. Application Approval We will review and approve your application.

3. We will notify you by email when the review is complete and you can start using the service. You can check the wholesale price after logging in.


Private customers

2. Registration complete. You will receive an email confirming your account.
Please click on the URL in the email to complete your membership registration.

*You can add items to your cart even before logging in, but you must log in to complete the purchase.

Can I use it for personal use?

Yes, you can. Please register as a member here .

Is there a fee to register?

It's free. There are no joining fees or monthly fees.

About purchasing products

How long does it take from registering as a member until I can make a purchase?

If you are a corporate customer, you will be able to purchase after our review and approval (approximately 1 to 3 business days).
If you are an individual customer, you can purchase immediately after completing your membership registration.

When do I pay for the products?

Credit card: Payment is due at the time the purchase is completed.

Cash on delivery: Please pay to the delivery company when the product is delivered.

Bank transfer: After completing the purchase procedure, you will receive an email from KOMOJU with payment instructions. Please follow the instructions to complete the payment.

How can I see wholesale prices?

Please register as a corporate member.

Can I purchase just one item?

Generally, you can purchase from one item, but some products have minimum order quantities, so please check the product page.

I want to buy too many items and can't add them to my cart

There is a limit to the number of items you can purchase on the online store. If you are considering placing a large order, please contact us here .

Free shipping for purchases of 30,000 yen or more (excluding tax). For purchases of less than 30,000 yen (excluding tax), please check the usage guide for shipping charges .

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For in-stock items, if payment is made by credit card or cash on delivery, we can ship your order within 1-3 business days.
If you pay by bank transfer and the product is in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days after confirming the payment.

Which delivery company is used? Can I specify it?

Delivery will be by Yamato Transport. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company.

I received an item, but the contents or quantity is incorrect/the item is defective

In case of mistake in content or quantity:

In case of defective item:
Please contact us with the name of the person who placed the order, the order number, and a photo of the defective part.
